Second Floor: Four Poster, Sunflower, and Twin $82/night/double occupancy; $75/ night / single
Each of these beautiful rooms features a Crackling fireplace, ceiling fan, premium queen size or twin mattresses, down comforter, and reading nook or desk. Shared bathroom.
• Each guest room has cozy his and hers soft cotton bathrobes. Original local art pieces are featured throughout the Inn.
• Room rate include a fabulous and hearty, local and organic breakfast, complementary beverages, and home-baked goods. Multi-night discounts available: 10% off for three to four consecutive night stays; 20% off for five or more consecutive night stays.
• Check in is after 4:00 pm and Check out is at 11:00 am. Feel free to phone me to let me know if you will be arriving earlier or later.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
To reserve a room, a deposit of 50% of your stay is required. Payments may be made in cash, check, or credit card. Take advantage of our 3% cash discount. If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival your deposit is forfeited. Failure to show for your reservation will result in a full charge. No credit or refund will be made for early departures.
All rates are quoted per night, double occupancy, with a fabulous breakfast included. Rates quoted are in US dollars and do not include Vermont’s 9% rooms and meals tax.
The Inn is a smoke-free facility.
